At AutomanPK, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy outlines our procedures for returns and refunds.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased on final sale
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Items that have been installed or used

Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at [email protected] or call 0331 266 7444 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Prepare the Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Refund Policy

Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.

Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us at [email protected] or 0331 266 7444. Exchanges are subject to product availability. The process for exchanges is similar to returns, and the same eligibility criteria apply.
